A review via the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Purchaser Security examined eight imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', 5 with the UAE and three from Turkey. It found that every one eight samples were viewed as "defective". 5 on the items sampled contained fats other than cocoa butter, which isn't permitted in items labelled "chocolate" in Germany
